New Sept 2013: Business owners want to sell. A U.S. Trust survey of wealthy business owners found that only 28% planned to pass the enterprise on to their heirs, FoxBusiness reports. A much greater number–65%–plan to sell or shut down the business. Still, in many cases, the family is already getting something: Nearly half of business owners support their adult children, while 35% help out their parents.
